Undercover's SS22 collection is titled "Once in a Lifetime", in tribute to an adage coined by the 16th-century Japanese tea master Sen Rikyū, whose practice was dedicated to simplicity in everyday life, and appreciation of the old, the ordinary, the mundane. Working from a new mountain studio within walking distance of the beach, label head Jun Takahashi distils his references into a clear, considered aesthetic statement with this range.
