Crafted from organic cotton, the Rototo Fine Pile Stripe Socks are a high gauge striped sock, thin enough to be worn comfortably with any shoe. The text "A SMALL, GOOD THING" is woven into the sock, designed to be sit just below the pant hem.
Rototo Socks are made in Japan's Nara Prefecture, a region which has been famous for industrial sock production since a local man brought a sock weaving machine home from an American study tour in 1910. Rototo continue to use non-computerised, vintage knitting machines in their designs, as well as the latest hi-tech models. At the centre of their practice is the union of materials, machinery and craftsmanship - all three elements must be present to preserve ancestoral weaving techniques and produce singularly special socks, unparallelled in style, comfort and quality.
