Like many, Misha Hollenbach and Shauna Toohey saw 2020’s great upheaval as a chance for new beginnings. After moving back to their hometown Melbourne during the pandemic, Perks and Mini launched Positive Messages, an online resource whose name says it all. With contributions from the global creative community that P.A.M. has been cultivating for more than 20 years, Positive Messages offers a series of mixes, artworks, texts, and more intended to share ‘New Ways of Being.’
Created in partnership with LA-based artist and designer Cali DeWitt, this collection of apparel and accessories takes Positive Messages beyond the screen into the tactile realm. Produced in Los Angeles using EcoCycle® fabrics, it’s clear that for Perks and Mini messaging alone isn’t enough.
The Perks and Mini (P.A.M.) Ikebana / Raku Tote is a classic tote bag featuring screen-prints on both sides taken from Positive Messages #47 'Kitchen Ikebana' via Haruka Spring.
